Anxiety & Panic
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, or a racing mind. Panic may involve sudden, intense fear, often accompanied by physical symptoms like a pounding heart, shortness of breath, or dizziness. Together, we’ll explore the root of your anxiety, identify your triggers, and develop calming strategies that help you feel more in control of your body and mind.
Depression & Mood Concerns
Depression is more than just feeling sad—it can feel like a heavy fog that impacts your energy, motivation, relationships, and ability to enjoy life. Mood concerns may also include irritability, emotional numbness, or mood swings. PTSD & Trauma

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. There's no pressure—just a warm, supportive conversation at your pace.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. This gives us enough time to explore what’s going on, check in on progress, and work toward your goals in a focused and meaningful way.

If you're not using insurance, you’re welcome to self-pay. I can also provide a superbill—a special receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Yes, I offer secure virtual therapy sessions, making it easy and convenient to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
